Welcome to Sanderstead United Reformed Church. We hope you will take time to browse this
web site and find out all that is going on within the life of our church. In conjunction with our
web pages we publish a free "Welcome" booklet, which explains in far greater detail all that happens in our corporate life together. Copies of
this booklet can be obtained from a Church Secretary. Coupled with this we
also publish a monthly magazine entitled "Community",
this gives a picture of services, events and other things which are held on our
extensive premises, again copies of this can be obtained from a Church
Secretary.
What We Are Part Of
There are some 2,000 local churches of the United Reformed Church. We stand in
the main stream of Christian belief together with the Church of England,
Catholic and other Free Churches. We are made up of a growing number of people
from all religious backgrounds or none at all who find themselves at home
together. We hope you will find an atmosphere of freedom and tolerance in the
Sanderstead United Reformed Church. It is a church where different theologies
can be reconciled and held together.
We welcome you warmly and
invite you to join us in our services on a Sunday,
and to take part in any of our activities.
