SURC TODDLERS GROUP

The group has been running for nearly 40 years, closing only for the year when we were forced to  shut for  ‘lockdown’  It operates every Monday in term time between 9.30 and 11.30 and is open to all parents, grandparents and carers with children between 0 and 5.

There is a variety of toys, ride-ons, books and other equipment and we provide a different craft each week.  There is a ‘baby area’ where smaller children can play on cushions and mats away from the ride-ons and trikes.  The session ends with songs and sometimes a puppet Storytime.  The cost is £2 per family.  

As we do get very busy we ask that each carer bring only one or two children.    There are exceptions of course – if you do have 3 of your own under 5 for example.

Following our return from lockdown, the toddler group is now back in force and running successfully.  We do get very busy and for safety’s sake we need to limit numbers so ask that you contact Connie before coming along to check that there is space.
